Senior Director of Product Management - Platform

We have an opportunity for a Senior Director of Product Management - Platform to join our Product Management team in North America, reporting directly to the Chief Products Officer. In this pivotal role, you will lead our Platform Product Management team. This role is critical in shaping and executing our SaaS platform strategy, delivering licensing innovations, building AI-based products, and driving key business segments such as Federal and MSSP. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with a strong product sense, exceptional leadership skills, and deep experience in cloud platforms, enterprise software, and cross-functional collaboration.

Be a Contributor - What You'll Do


  • Define and drive the overall product vision, strategy, and roadmap for the SaaS Platform, ensuring alignment with company objectives and customer needs


  • Build and monetize a suite of Agentic AI-based products as a general manager, ensuring not only platform readiness and scalability, but also product-market fit, go-to-market alignment, and long-term profitability


  • Lead the productization and implementation of next-generation licensing models, including Pay-as-you-go (PAYG), Flexible token-based licensing and Hybrid and subscription licensing models


  • Champion and tailor platform capabilities to meet the needs of Federal government customers (e.g., FedRAMP, IL5+) and MSSPs, and drive the business as a general manager


  • Own critical platform capabilities including identity, access control, metering, billing, provisioning, APIs, deployment models, and platform extensibility


  • Partner with engineering, finance, operations, and GTM teams to operationalize licensing flows across systems


  • Collaborate with sales, compliance, and partner teams to ensure platform alignment with regulatory and channel-specific requirements


  • Lead a distributed team of Product Managers, providing mentoring, direction, and growth opportunities


  • Cultivate a strong product culture grounded in customer empathy, data-driven decision-making, and cross-functional collaboration


  • Work closely with product leaders across NIOS, Universal DDI, Asset Insights, Threat Defense, and others to ensure platform alignment and support for their product strategies


  • Collaborate with engineering, design, sales, and marketing to bring products to market and support their success


Be Prepared - What You Bring


  • 10+ years of product management experience with at least 5 years leading teams


  • An entrepreneurial approach to building a product/business from scratch that can be applied to the Agentic AI space


  • Familiarity with DDI, cybersecurity, or asset intelligence platforms is also valuable


  • Strong understanding of licensing strategies in enterprise software, especially token-based or consumption models


  • Deep experience with SaaS platforms, cloud-native architectures, and enterprise product ecosystems


  • Proven track record delivering complex platform capabilities that serve multiple internal and external products


  • Demonstrated experience in networking and security domains, with an understanding of core technologies, use cases, and industry trends


  • Experience supporting regulated industries (e.g., Federal, MSSP) with specific platform or compliance requirements


  • Ability to drive alignment across multiple stakeholders and lead without authority


  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills


  • Experience working in a distributed team environment


  • Bachelor's degree required, MBA or technical degree preferred

First 90 Days:

  • Launch an Early Access version of AI Product Suite and start getting customer feedback

One Year:


  • Achieve key FY26 product and business outcomes - including successful monetization of the Agentic AI suite


  • Deliver Federal, MSSP, and partner launches on schedule


  • Foster a thriving, high-engagement team culture
