Johns Hopkins Community Physicians (JHCP) is seeking an experienced, self-driven, and collaborative Registered Nurse (RN) to join our Family and Internal Medicine practice in McLean, Virginia. As a key member of our dynamic primary care team, you will support three (3) Family Practice and one (1) Internal Medicine provider, serving the Fairfax County patient population. This role is ideal for a nurse with strong clinical skills, a patient-centered approach, and passion for proactive care management. Location: 6849 Old Dominion Dr. Suite 300 McLean, VA 22101 The Registered Nurse RN will be responsible for, but not limited to managing the in-basket management, transition care management, patient triage, and other responsibilities, when needed. Compensation will be commensurate with equity and experience for roles of similar scope and responsibility.
