Lead multiple direct reports and demonstrate influence to deliver profitable projects results within your region. In collaboration with your regional leader, lead field and project managers to achieve project results and profitability goals. Collaborate with your team to drive Harmon's vision, mission and growth strategy throughout your region. Drive fiscal accountability in multiple departments to achieve project and office budget goals. Ensure adherence to Harmon SOP's, best practices and code of conduct. Demonstrate extreme ownership and accountability for outcomes and projects in your region.

POSITION DESCRIPTION

Your top priority is to ensure the region's overall alignment, collaboration, and performance is meeting company goals and objectives.

  • Influence and develop direct reports to align their results with regional success.

  • Drive accurate financial process and reporting by developing leaders in your region, both field and project managers, to leverage Harmon's project standards.

  • Leverage critical thinking skills and drive efficient resource planning for team within your region.

  • Collaborate with preconstruction to build relationships with local industry influencers to win project awards.

EXPERIENCE

  • Minimum of Bachelor's Degree or equivalent industry experience

  • Minimum of 7 years of related curtainwall experience and/or training preferred

  • Strong leadership capabilities, preferred
