As A Maintenance Technician You'll Be Responsible For:
- Handling maintenance requests and repairs- think plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and more
- Getting units "move-in-ready" using our make ready checklist
- Performing daily property walks to keep everything clean, safe, and looking great
- Responding to emergency calls and deliver outstanding service
- Communicating with vendors, assist the team with resident notices, and keep supplies in stock
- Being a friendly, responsive presence for residents and coworkers alike
What We're Looking For:
- Previous residential maintenance experience required
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Working knowledge of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and appliance repair
- HVAC Certification (EPA Type ll or Universal) preferred
- Valid driver's license, auto insurance, and a clean driving record
- Comfortable with mobile tech and basic computer skills
- Teamwork and a great attitude!
