Our employee-owned and integrated team of multi-discipline engineering and design professionals has an exciting new opportunity available for a Project Coordinator in Seattle, WA.
As a member of our team, you will play a vital role in documenting, maintaining, and tracking project information including plan reviews, project team meetings, and schedules related to various project lifecycle phases. You will also be integral in in providing general administrative & office services support to the team. As you learn the day-to-day operations, activities, and business needs of our multi-discipline office, you will have the opportunity to leverage your talents, ideas, and past experiences to expand your responsibilities and further contribute to our growth and overall success.
Hybrid Work Environment: Tuesday - Thursday In-Office | Monday & Friday WFH

Job Responsibilities
  • Maintain and track project information as it relates to team meeting minutes, contract documentation, plan review notations, information requests, project activities and timelines, project costs and budgets, and project schedules.
  • Coordinate and facilitate communication among project team members, subconsultants, and stakeholder representatives.
  • Address project inquiries or escalate them appropriately to leadership or project managers.
  • Draft, modify, and maintain project documentation and correspondence.
  • Generate applicable project reports and document team meeting minutes; distribute to leadership, project managers, and stakeholders as requested for review; archive for project records.
  • Schedule and attend weekly project meetings as requested by the Project Manager.
  • Schedule and assist with weekly or bi-weekly construction site visits, building surveys, and field verifications; coordinating material testing or surveying services as needed.
  • Support office leadership with general administrative and operational tasks.
Required Qualifications
  • Associate degree in business administration, accounting, or communications
  • Minimum of 5 to 7 years of experience in a similar capacity managing large amounts of information, documentation, and communication related to business operations and project deliverables
  • High level of integrity and discretion demonstrated through previous experience handling confidential and sensitive information related to business operations, projects, financials, and employees
  • Strong verbal and written communication and proof-reading skills with a demonstrated ability to recognize proper use of grammar, punctuation, and spelling; experience synthesizing data into reportable information and communications; experience summarizing reports, and drafting mixed-media correspondences including e-mails, letters, presentations, etc.
Advantageous Qualifications
  • Associate's degree in architectural drafting, construction administration, or related field.
  • Familiarity with Deltek Vision / Vantagepoint or similar ERP project / business management software.
The listed salary range reflects base pay for candidates with 5-7 years of related experience.
Compensation may vary based on experience, qualifications, and responsibilities.
