The Job Senior Technical Product Manager responsible for leading the development and execution of technology products. Oversees the entire product lifecycle from ideation to launch, collaborating with cross-functional teams to define product requirements, prioritize features, and drive product strategy. Manages product roadmaps, sets product goals, and ensures alignment with business objectives. Acts as a subject matter expert in technology trends and market needs to drive product innovation and success. You Will
- Manages, plans and coordinates the development of new products, enhancements of existing products and technical solutions based on short-term and long-term needs.
- Lead end to end project implementation for Clinical business needs. Responsible for full depth of activities ranging from strategy and design definition to execution for specific projects to deliver meaningful business outcomes for patient care.
- Define business value to develop ideas, including digital awareness, risk assessments, business continuity, and business capability requirements.
- Define and drive the roadmap for Population Health, Care Management, and Disease Management solutions in alignment with value-based care goals.
- Implement the right processes and maintain IT application that supports daily operations of the integrated care delivery team in alignment with SCAN's strategic initiatives, vision, and goals.
- Ensure business value realization and optimization, from value plans through consultancy, business case development, financial awareness, managing expectations, and identifying opportunities to add value.
- Partner with technical leads and enterprise architects to modernize internal systems and workflows, ensuring interoperability, scalability, and data quality.
- Determines reasonable roadmaps and deadlines for new products and product enhancements considering priority, business needs, financial limitations, and resource availability.
- Identify business issues, challenges and areas of improvement to provide cost saving, streamlined and optimized solutions. Push creative thinking beyond the boundaries of existing industry practices and client mindsets along to meet business needs. Measure adoption and work with business stakeholder to develop future roadmap and opportunities.
- In conjunction with Technical Leads, drive the implementation of the project lifecycle process by following SDLC to ensure efficient and effective platforms for our business. Explain gaps and technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Responsible for effective Change Management for IT led projects and changes. Review test plans, communications, training plans, delivery schedules, and project plans.
- Maintain positive relationships with business, IT and vendors by proactively setting expectations, coordinating information exchange and reporting project progress and risks. Keep management informed of key issues.
- Stay current on regulatory shifts, competitor innovation, and emerging technologies-particularly AI-and bring those insights to bear in shaping our roadmap.
- Build Design deliverables to communicate a vision to address the identified goals. Design deliverables range from Epics, user stories, wireframes, journey maps.
- Embed with clinical and business stakeholders to deeply understand pain points, workflows, and regulatory context-ensuring solutions are grounded in the realities of care delivery.
- Translate ambiguous, complex challenges into structured, data-informed product decisions. Design and interpret metrics to measure product performance and impact.
- Champion the application of AI/ML to automate, enhance, and scale care management functions-e.g., suspecting conditions, surfacing next-best actions, and triaging populations at risk.
- Serve as a central voice between clinical, operational, engineering, and data science teams to co-design solutions that meet both clinical efficacy and business outcomes.
- Adhere to all quality, compliance, and regulatory standards to achieve SCAN outcomes.

Your Qualifications
- 6+ years in product management, with significant experience in healthcare technology (preferably value-based care, MA, or care management).
- Demonstrated experience leading product strategy in complex, regulated environments.
- Strong analytical acumen; able to partner deeply with data scientists and analysts.
- Familiarity with AI/ML applications in healthcare is a strong plus.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills; can rally stakeholders around a vision.
- Ability to guide and influence without direct authority.
- Deep empathy for both users (patients, providers) and implementers (developers, analysts, care teams).
- Thorough understanding of project management techniques and methods.
- Thrive in complexity and ambiguity, bringing structure where there is none.
- See around corners-anticipating stakeholder needs and technology shifts.
- Comfortable engaging with clinicians and translating technical trade-offs.
- Think in systems and are excited by cross-functional orchestration.
