By handling entry-level, repetitive, and lower-risk tasks, they deliver consistent, high-quality work while enabling client-facing teams to focus on more complex and strategic initiatives. What you will do: Assist with portions of audit, review, and compilation engagements Take ownership of assigned tasks by organizing workflows, monitoring progress, and ensuring timely completion within budget and scope to consistently deliver high-quality outcomes Prepare documentation that meets firm and professional standards, ensuring accuracy and completeness through thorough review. Apply feedback from experienced team members to improve future performance. Communicate effectively with team members and management. Develop proficiency in relevant PC applications. Perform or assist with other duties as assigned by NEAR team management. Minimum Qualifications: Completed some college coursework Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite Preferred Qualifications: Associate's Degree, preferably in Business, Accounting, or a related field 1+ years of relevant experience; examples include audit support, data entry and accuracy, report preparation, and organizing supporting documentation. #LI-JJ1 Colorado's Equal Pay for Equal Work Act (SB 19-085) Pursuant to Colorado's Equal Pay for Equal Work Act, the salary range displayed is for the Colorado market.
