This is a hybrid role based out of our HQ office near Portland, Oregon. The expectation is for employees to be in-office 3 days or more per week, depending on business need. This in-office expectation is subject to change at business discretion.
ABOUT THE POSITION You're a creative spark who lives and breathes digital design. You're constantly scanning the horizon for emerging trends, tools, and technologies-and you bring fresh ideas and new ways of working to the team with energy and intention. You thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and are passionate about crafting digital experiences that are both beautiful and effective. The eCommerce Digital Designer works closely with cross-functional teams to create and support digital initiatives for Columbia Sportswear Company. These include brand campaigns, site-wide promotions, email campaigns, and interactive experiences across desktop and mobile platforms. While our workflow still relies on Adobe Creative Suite, the heart of our design work is now in Figma, and we're embracing new digital tools including AI-assisted design and generative content platforms like Amplience (for site content) and Zeta (for email creation). This role is expected to deliver innovative, high-quality design solutions that meet business requirements, elevate the brand, and push creative boundaries.
