Structures Technician

STS Aviation Services is hiring experienced Aircraft Structures Technicians in Melbourne, Florida. This role involves performing heavy aircraft overhauls and structural modifications in an MRO environment. Candidates must have at least one year of experience working on commercial or large regional aircraft and possess a full set of basic hand tools necessary for the position.

• Perform structural repairs, modifications, and heavy maintenance on commercial and regional aircraft
  
• Conduct sheet metal work, including drilling, riveting, and structural assembly
  
• Follow FAA, company, and safety regulations to ensure compliance in all repair tasks
  
• Work efficiently in an MRO setting, collaborating with engineers and technicians to complete maintenance tasks on time
  

• Minimum 2+ years of experience in aircraft structural repair and modifications
  
• Experience working in an MRO environment performing heavy aircraft overhauls
  
• Must provide a full set of basic hand tools required for aircraft structural work
  
• Ability to interpret technical manuals, blueprints, and engineering drawings
  
• Must be authorized to work in the United States
