Founded in 1953, Hudson Valley Community College (HVCC) located in scenic Upstate NY is a multi-campus College with locations in Troy and Malta New York. Applicants must currently hold an unrestricted employment authorization to work in the United States and appointment will be contingent upon completion of a background check. Minimum Qualifications: Masters Degree in Education, Social Science, Human Services, or related area and seven (7) years of professional work experience applying ADA requirements to achieve accommodations in a post-secondary environment, working with a disabled population involving advocacy functions and familiarity with trends in adaptive equipment and regulatory structures; demonstrated professional history in successful and progressively responsible roles including but not limited to strategic planning, program assessment, and policy development, and communication skills sufficient to interact effectively with faculty and external advocacy and regulatory agencies required. This is a 12-month, full-time position with a salary range of $90,000-$94,000.
