As the Senior Manager, Investor Relations you will partner with the Head of Corporate Finance to support the development and execution of the company's investor relations program and strategy, including contributing to quarterly earnings, fostering relationships with the investment community, and analyzing the company, its peers and industry. This role will effectively partner with other Sonos teams to gain a deeper understanding of Sonos' business and inform core investor relations activities.

What You'll Do

  • Report to the Head of Corporate Finance to support the development and execution of the Sonos investor relations program and strategy

  • Support quarterly earnings process including assist in preparing materials including press release, scripts, Q&A, earnings slides, among other deliverables

  • Maintain and monitor Sonos and peer group financials, commentary, outlook, sell-side estimates, ratings, and performance

  • Assist with and help organize investor relations marketing activities and calendar, including conferences, roadshows, investor meetings, among other events

  • Participate in investor events and meetings, including travel, as needed

  • Maintain investor relations databases including sell side analyst estimates, contact management system, and other systems

  • Manage investor relations vendors, including investor relations website and other key vendors

  • Help with investor and analyst inquiries as well as other ad-hoc work as needed

Basic Qualifications:

  • 8+ years experience in equity research and/or investor relations

  • Understanding with capital markets and public company operations

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills and proven ability to work cross functionally and with all levels of the organization across different time zones

  • Curious self starter with a passion for collaborating with others to deliver the best possible outcome, while balancing key constraints

  • Right first time mentality with a high level of attention to detail

  • Ability to prioritize and deliver in a fast-paced and dynamic environment

  • Passionate about continuous process improvement and utilizing technology to automate process steps whenever possible

  • Strong analytical and research skills, appetite to learn how to leverage internal financial data systems

  • High integrity, self-aware, humble, low ego, reliable

  • Bachelor's degree

  • Willingness to work out of Sonos Boston office 3 days a week

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience working in/covering consumer or technology industry

  • Experience effectively dealing with sensitive and confidential information

  • Experience with AI productivity tools Be curious with the desire to focus on continuous improvement and leveraging AI tools to streamline processes

  • Familiarity with G-Suite products

This role is a hybrid position

Some roles require an office while others may be done remotely. This position is considered hybrid, allowing for a combination of remote work and in-office collaboration. Qualified applicants must live within commuting distance of our Boston office.

The base pay range for this role based off geographic location is:

$151,000 and $189,100

The specific pay offered will depend on the candidate's geographic location, as well as qualifications and experience. We apply geographic pay differentials based on the cost of labor in the market. Employees in high-cost locations may be compensated at the upper end of the range, while those in medium or low cost markets may be compensated at the lower end of the range. Your recruiter can provide more details about the specific salary range for your location during the hiring process.
