How you will make history here...

The Director of Sales Execution & Customer Engagement has responsibility for leading long-term strategic insights, planning and execution for Campbells Snacks Sales and top customers. This includes the communication and project management of Annual Operating planning, strategic engagement and selling with top customers, development / tracking of retail execution KPIs, as well as management of Point-of-Sale materials. The Director will lead a team of approximately 6 employees and be expected to help design the future of Campbells Snacks strategic planning process and deliverables. This role will be crucial as we look to drive our growth strategy and translate into applicable strategies for top customers.

What you will do...

  • Partner with Sales to drive long-term strategic planning with Campbell Snack's top customers

  • Leads internal sales AOP process, including customer segmentation, strategy share out and ongoing implementation (including new item sample distribution)

  • Leads insights, analytics, and design of Campbell Snack's strategic planning approach and collaboration towards shared business goals with top customers

  • Integrate all pieces of future Snacks strategy (e.g., pricing, inventory, private label production, marketing investments, etc.) to advise on growth plans

  • Leads story, timeline and coordination of quarterly sales reviews to leadership team

  • Lead strategic insights, analytics and content for industry and trade events

  • Embed Campbell's Tapestry into the organization and celebrate the progress

  • Elevate inclusion and diversity as a strength throughout the organization

  • Lead Point of Sales material development (displays)

  • Leads a team of 6 employees

  • Manage multiple stakeholder priorities with ability to manage conflicting initiatives

  • Balance Campbell Snacks strategic story and customer needs and engagement

  • Integrate multiple customer points of view into one consistent story

Who you will work with...

This role will require cross-functional collaboration with Sales, Finance, and Marketing.

What you bring to the table... (Must have)

  • B.A. required, 12+ years of relevant experience

It would be great if you have... (Nice to have)

  • Pre-Customer-facing experience

  • Foundational understanding of AOP process

  • Strong syndicated acumen, analytical capabilities, and strategic storytelling

  • Excellent leadership, communication and internal and external stakeholder management

  • Ability to travel as needed

This is a HQ role based out of Camden, NJ 3 days a week (hybrid).

Compensation and Benefits:

The target base salary range for this full-time, salaried position is between

$158,400-$227,700

Individual base pay depends on work location and additional factors such as experience, job-related skills, and relevant education or training. Total pay may include other forms of compensation. In addition, we offer competitive health, dental, 401k and wellness benefits beginning on the first day of employment.
