Pay Rate: $62/hour on W2 without benefits

Job Description:
- Looking for System and Network Administrator to join our Space Systems Verification and Test team in El Segundo, CA. In this position, you'll contribute to a team responsible for the hardening, deployment, automation, setup, and readiness of Special Test Equipment in factory and launch environments.

The System and Network Administrator Functions supports a 24/7 hour Test operation.
- This position is 4th shift meaning, various shifts, nights, weekends, and alternate shifts may be required to support program objectives.
Role & Responsibilities:
- Provides Factory Floor support to multiple Programs; defining & documenting Test setups, Deploying Test Software & Configurations, Troubleshooting, communicating/coordinating program requests, and supporting requests from the team to improve effectiveness, efficiency, productivity
- Develops, implements, and sustains tools that enable product security requirements
- Utilizes agile methodologies to plan, execute, and track product security statement of work
- Develops and enhances system requirements and architectures for product security to meet all applicable certification and customer requirements
- Configures and ensures security of facilities, equipment, tools, data, networks, and resources used for product: design, development, build, test, storage, delivery, operations, and support
- This position is expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at one of the listed location options.
Required Skills:
- Current CompTIA Security+ certification
- Experience in Operating Systems: Windows Server, RedHat Enterprise Linux, Oracle Enterprise Linux, and Cisco IOS
- Experience in VMWare Virtualization
- Experience in Enterprise Storage
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
- Education/experience typically acquired through advanced technical education from an accredited course of study in engineering, computer science, mathematics, physics or chemistry
- ITIL 4 certification
- Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA) certification
- Experience in Satellite Test and STE Operations Readiness
- Experience in Cyber Security
- Experience in Redhat and Oracle Linux servers, Windows XP - Windows 7,10, 11 OS and network-based storage system
- Experience in certifying PTEX (Payload Test Executive) and MTEX (Modular Test Executive) Test Servers
- Experience in certifying Automated Test Controller (ATC) Server and Client
Typical Education/Experience:
- Education/experience typically acquired through advanced technical education from an accredited course of study in engineering, computer science, mathematics, physics or chemistry (e.g. Bachelor) and typically 5 or more years' related work experience
- Bachelor of Science degree from an accredited course of study in engineering, engineering technology (includes manufacturing engineering technology), chemistry, physics, mathematics, data science, or computer science.
