Facets UAT Tester

Genesis10 is currently seeking a Facets UAT Tester for a 2 month contract role with our healthcare client in Eden Prairie, MN. This role is 100% remote

Eligibility Requirement:

Due to client security and government contract requirements, all employees accessing government cloud Facets environments must be U.S. citizens.

Role Overview:

We are seeking a detail-oriented Facets UAT Tester to support dental claims processing initiatives. The ideal candidate will be responsible for defining, executing, and documenting test cases while collaborating with stakeholders to ensure system functionality and compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Define and document test cases for dental claims processing in Jira, based on business requirements
• Execute test cases within Facets and record outcomes in the testing tool
• Perform re-testing as needed to validate fixes
• Prepare and manage test data requirements
• Run SQL queries for test data analysis and validation
• Identify, log, and track defects through resolution
• Participate in client testing meetings and provide status updates

Required Skills/Experience:

• Hands-on executing test cases in Facets
• Strong knowledge of healthcare claims processing (especially dental claims)
• Familiarity with UAT processes and methodologies
• Understanding of test data preparation and management
• Knowledge of HIPAA compliance and healthcare data privacy requirements

Desired Skills/Experience

• Experience with Jira (test case management, defect tracking)
• Proficiency in SQL (query writing, data validation, analysis)

Compensation:

Hourly W2 pay: $45.00 to $50.00/hour

We have access to additional contract, contract-to-hire, and direct hire positions with various rate ranges.
