Job Summary

Provides strategic leadership in admissions evaluation for both domestic and international applicants. Oversees initiatives focused on process improvement, tracking, auditing, and reporting within admissions operations. Supervises a team of professional staff, offering strategic guidance to ensure alignment with University and Board of Governors goals and performance metrics. Collaborates with internal and external partners to enhance outcomes and advance institutional objectives.

  • Serves as member of the admission operations leadership team and provides support and feedback in all areas of improvement withing domestic, international, residency and one stop support within operational needs.
  • Manages day to day operations quality assurance processes to monitor compliance, ensure consistency, and drive continuous improvement across all operational functions. Regularly evaluates workflows and processes for efficiency and accuracy.
  • Leads our decision and data quality audit related to the evaluation of applicant files. Ensures decision and data accuracy and consistency through daily review of decisions queries. Works with evaluation team to streamline and standardize evaluation process.
  • Serves as the lead BOG reporting agent is responsible for ensuring BOG regulations are kept current and no errors reside on the processing production side.
  • Meets regularly with staff to ensure there is clear communication about processes. Provides leadership to evaluations team as it relates to BOG expectations.
  • Manages and directly supervises admissions operations evaluations team managers. Sets short and long-term goals for decision making teams. Is responsible for scheduled internal process audits to make recommendations and/or adjustments to training protocols and manuals.
  • Leads testing and implementation of system enhancements within PantherSoft, ImageNow, and other web-based applications to improve overall application success and operational efficiency.
Minimum Qualifications

Bachelor's degree and six (6) years of experience in processing operations or Master's degree and four (4) years of experience in related area.

Desired Qualifications

  • Demonstrated experience in optimizing enrollment management systems (e.g., PeopleSoft, Salesforce, or similar SIS platforms).
  • Experience in applying data analysis and quality assurance principles to drive operational efficiency.
  • Experience supervising a team or a project.
