Hardware support like laptops, desktops, printer, mobile devices 4.Financial environment experience . *Job Duties* Our client is a looking for Executive Desktop Technician to work in a fast paced environment with plenty of executives. This Desktop technician will be supporting deployments of the hardware, password resets, break/fix on hardware, upgrading software, workstation setups and more. They will be supporting applications as well as interfacing with other teams. Networking troubleshooting as well. Reimaging experience is a must as well. Intune is a huge must.They will work with Windows computers, Printers, and more. *Qualifications* * Bachelor's degree or equivalent years of experience * 7+ years of IT experience, preferably in Financial Services, Insurance, or related field * Must be able to lift 50 pounds, in of routine support hardware delivery & installation * Position may require occasional travel outside of primary work location *Other Desired Qualifications* * Detailed understanding of Windows Operating System, Microsoft Office products, and the O365 Suite. An intermediate understanding of supporting technologies (e.g. Active Directory, Domain Controllers, System Center) * MacOS support experience is a plus * MDM experience (e.g. Intune, MobileIron) is a plus * Experience with JSM/JIRA or any other ticketing systems * Market Data applications or Trade Floor support experience is a plus * Citrix/VDI experience is a plus * Proven strong verbal and written communication skills * Excellent problem solving and troubleshooting skills * Ability to execute and prioritize tasks under pressure (e.g. service outages) * Experience with the ability to transfer knowledge to key members of the team and act as a value-added resource * Proven experience of being on-call for support and maintenance issues; able to troubleshoot independently * Demonstrated ability collaborate with teams spanning a range of locations *If you are interested, please apply. * *Pay and Benefits* The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $25.00/hr.
