Associate, Structurer

Capstone Investment Advisors, LLC seeks an Associate, Structurer in New York, NY to develop new systematic investment strategies and methodologies to deliver targeted financial return streams and solve client investment needs. Requires a Bachelor’s degree in Economics or related field, or equivalent, and five (5) years of progressively responsible experience performing quantitative analysis of market opportunities and developing systematic strategies in equities; performing analysis in market and strategy performance and developing customized solutions based on client needs; building, developing and maintaining strategy back test systems and performance analytics using object-oriented programming (OOP) coding languages, including Python; implementing automation solutions to improve workflow efficiency by developing automated processes; and in executing duties, utilizing object-oriented programming (OOP), SQL, and Bloomberg to process large data sets. Telecommuting and/or working from home may be permissible pursuant to company policies. Salary range: $160,000.00 – $165,000.00/year.
