Location: Remote (Wisconsin residents only) or Onsite in Middleton, WI
About the Role We are seeking a detail-oriented and dependable Participant Services Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for processing participant account updates, managing documentation, and ensuring accurate data entry across various benefit programs. This position plays a key role in supporting our clients and participants by maintaining the integrity of account information and ensuring timely processing of requests. Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-4:30 PM Key Responsibilities * Process incoming forms by reviewing, interpreting, and entering data into participant accounts * Manage updates related to enrollment, renewal, termination, and Benefits Card maintenance * Handle Health Savings Account (HSA) documentation, including CIP processing, account closures, and transfers * Move and organize documents within network folders * Process manual client renewals and new client data entry for POP, COBRA, and Compliance Services * Triage and assign enrollment-related workflows (e.g., data file feeds, help desk inquiries) * Maintain accurate and timely documentation in the CRM system * Occasionally contact participants to confirm processing or resolve discrepancies Required Qualifications * High School Diploma or equivalent * Minimum 1 year of experience in a professional office setting * Typing speed of at least 50 WPM and 10-key speed of 9,500 KPH Employee Value Proposition (EVP) * Supportive team environment with training and development opportunities * Competitive benefits package including health, dental, vision, and 401(k) * Paid time off and company-sponsored wellness initiatives *Pay and Benefits* The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $18.00/hr.
