Top Global Tech Company Seeking Creative Producer 6 month, extendable contract Remote Position, PST or EST Design & Product experience is required Description Looking for a Creative Producer to join the Partnership team focused on shipping best-in-class creative expressions, systems, and communications for our app and many different pillars within the org. The Producer will establish and maintain operational procedures and tools for the team, align with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth and consistent communication between all key stakeholders, as well as identify and manage external creative teams to support product. The Producer role requires broad knowledge of design and development processes, excellent communication and project management skills. Responsibilities * Executional support closely partnering with XFN and Designers to align priorities for Creative Vision and drive operations for asset creation, guideline & toolkit development, and any ad hoc projects that need day to day attention. * Establish and maintain project production schedules to ensure a smooth end-to-end development plan that meets product goals and quality bar, and ensures that all assets are delivered on time and implemented to spec * Establish and maintain an efficient and flexible project process that facilitates the creation, review, feedback, revision, deployment cycle of asset production * Strategically source and manage resources to keep project on-track * As point of contact for team communication, establish clear communication channels and process across creative and cross-functional teams. * Manage and address cross-functional feedback and stakeholder approvals * Predict and/or identify roadblocks and obstacles, and proactively establish meetings or integration points between teams to address and resolve them * Facilitate, document and disseminate decisions to key stakeholders * Prioritize competing needs with good reasoning and creative solutions Requirements * 5+ years of experience working with artists, designers and engineers to design, build, and deliver products and effects that use emerging technologies * Experience articulating design direction to artists and non-artists alike * Experience in project management and relationship building * Experience establishing and managing ongoing production processes * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment that requires time management, task prioritization, and ability to identify problems and work towards solutions * Knowledge of creative & operational toolsets - e.g., Google Suite, Figma, etc. Additional Skills & Qualifications 5-7 yrs experience as a producer Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $55.00 - $75.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
