Data Center Technician Opportunities Lead \| L4 \| L3 Levels Available Overview: We're seeking experienced Data Center Technicians to support large-scale GPU deployments in an enterprise environment. Whether you're a seasoned lead or a skilled technician, this is your chance to work hands-on with cutting-edge infrastructure in a fast-paced, high-impact setting. Open Roles: * Lead Technician - 5+ years of leadership or management experience in a data center environment * L4 Technician - 5+ years of dedicated data center experience * L3 Technician - 3+ years of data center experience Key Responsibilities: * Remove network cables during data center decommissioning * Run, label, and stage power and networking cables * Perform DBD removal (no scanning required) * Follow procedures for installing, diagnosing, troubleshooting, replacing, and decommissioning equipment under the guidance of Data Center Technician Leads * Prepare, stage, and perform basic hardware startups and shutdowns using standard documentation and checklists * Conduct physical audits of data center assets * Monitor systems for equipment failures or performance issues * Respond to error messages and resolve or escalate as needed * Assist with testing and debugging new programs * Operate spreadsheet and data tools to manipulate and report on system data Qualifications: Required: * High school diploma, GED, or equivalent * Basic knowledge of computer hardware, servers, and components * Familiarity with productivity tools for communication and documentation * Willingness to travel to Mt. Pleasant, WI and other locations as needed Preferred: * Associate's degree in computer programming or equivalent training * 3+ years of data center experience (depending on role level) * Strong communication, problem-solving, and time management skills Top Skills: * Data Center Operations * Deployment & Troubleshooting * Fiber Optic Cabling * Rack & Stack * Cat5/Cat6 Cabling Location: Onsite in Mt. Pleasant, WI with potential travel to other data center sites. Experience Level: Intermediate Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $30.00 - $44.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
