About the Role We are seeking a detail-oriented and tech-savvy Sales & Implementation Support Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will support the sales and onboarding process by creating proposals, collecting and entering broker data, and ensuring accurate documentation in our systems. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working with data, has strong communication skills, and thrives in a collaborative environment.
Key Responsibilities * Create and format proposals for prospective clients * Collect data from brokers via email and phone * Enter broker and client data into D365 and Encore systems * Maintain accurate records and documentation * Collaborate with internal teams to support implementation processes Qualifications * Strong attention to detail and data entry accuracy * Excellent written and verbal communication skills * Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Adobe * Customer service experience paired with data entry skills * Ability to work independently in a remote environment Work Environment * Remote * Must reside in Wisconsin * Standard hours: 8:00 AM-4:30 PM, Monday-Friday *Pay and Benefits* The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $18.00/hr.
