*Systems Support Specialist* *Overview:*
Join a fast-paced, tech-forward team where your troubleshooting skills and IT knowledge will make a real impact. As a Systems Support Specialist, you'll be the go-to expert for resolving complex technical issues, supporting a wide range of hardware, software, and networking systems. You'll collaborate closely with Tier 1 support, take on escalated incidents, and help shape the future of IT support processes. *What You'll Do:* * *40%* - Tackle escalated technical issues involving hardware, software, networking, mobile devices, and peripherals. When needed, escalate to Tier 3 with thorough documentation of your troubleshooting steps. * *20%* - Jump into the support phone queue rotation to handle overflow and high-priority calls, ensuring fast and effective resolutions. * *15%* - Monitor systems and ticket queues, participate in post-incident reviews, and help implement improvements to prevent future issues. * *15%* - Manage IT assets, including imaging, configuring, deploying, and tracking hardware and software to ensure compliance with security and organizational standards. * *10%* - Support patch management, software deployments, and infrastructure changes while ensuring all actions align with IT policies and security best practices. *What You Bring:* *Preferred:* * Associate's or Bachelor's degree in a related field * Microsoft certifications (MCSE, MCTS) * 2+ years of experience troubleshooting PCs, printers, phones, and infrastructure *Top Skills:* * Windows 10/11 * Troubleshooting & Imaging * Office 365 * Intune * Azure * Mac OS * Active Directory, SCCM * Networking & Wireless fundamentals *You'll Thrive If You:* * Communicate clearly and confidently with both technical and non-technical users * Enjoy solving problems and digging into the root cause of issues * Are resourceful, responsive, and thrive in a fast-paced environment * Can work independently and prioritize tasks effectively * Are open to occasional travel to other locations *Other Duties:* As assigned, including proactive incident management and continuous improvement of support processes. *Pay and Benefits* The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $24.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
