About the Role

Parametrix is offering an outstanding career opportunity for a Bridge & Structures Engineer to join our team in Boise, Idaho. In this role, you will play a key part in project delivery and client engagement. Our Bridge & Structures team plays a crucial role in enhancing our transportation division by supporting clients in designing, inspecting, and maintaining bridges, retaining walls, and other specialized structures.

You will:

  • This role emphasizes project delivery and client engagement in collaboration with Senior Bridge professionals and Senior Transportation leaders.
  • Support project delivery for bridge design and rehabilitation projects for the ITD and local agencies, assisting senior engineers with technical tasks and coordination.
  • Serve as a local contact for clients and project partners, helping to maintain strong working relationships and ensuring effective day-to-day communication.
  • Assist with the preparation of plans, specifications, and estimates (PS&E), while collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to deliver high-quality transportation infrastructure solutions.

You Have:

  • 5+ years of experience with a specialization in bridge & structures. Professional Engineer (PE) license in Idaho required.
  • Bachelor's degree in civil engineering; Master's degree preferred.
  • Experience coordinating with DOTs or local agencies, with a strong understanding of project delivery processes.
  • Proficiency in structural analysis and design software.

Compensation Information: Base salary for this position is in the range of $100,000-$120,000.

Compensation is determined by factors such as education, experience, location, and role. As employee-owners, we are eligible for performance-based bonuses and our salaries are reviewed annually. Our compensation structure prioritizes transparency and internal pay equity.
