Acara Solutions seeks highly qualified candidates to work onsite with our client in Fremont, CA. Interested?

Here's what you'd do:

  • Auditing, stocking, and dispensing materials to lab users. Inspecting and maintaining lab areas for safety and Intellectual Property (IP) issues.
  • Follow established processes to sustain & govern existing lab services.
  • Support lab improvement projects on a need basis.
  • Work with cross-functional teams to minimize inventory variances and implement improved processes to increase overall inventory accuracy.
  • Resolve discrepancies; investigate misidentified or out-of-balance items with root cause analysis; identify necessary preventive measures to ensure no recurrence.
  • Ensure all items in the warehouse are appropriately received and stored.
  • Keep the inventory room clean and organized.
  • Notify Key stakeholders when project materials have been received.
  • Provides backup support to the Wafer Cage Team.
  • Responsibilities include pulling reservation orders; staging for pickup; reclaiming wafers; safeguarding customer intellectual property; receiving incoming wafer deliveries; and performing inventory audits.
  • Work in a Lab environment, which requires the use of Lab suits to perform wafer reclaims and other duties.
  • Perform other duties as directed.

Here's what you'll get:

Pay: $30.04/hr.

Hours: 40 hours/week (1st shift - 6 AM - 3 PM PST).

Length: Temp (24 months).

Job Requirements
Required Skills / Qualifications:
  • High School Diploma or GED.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in ERP and ordering platforms.
Preferred Skills / Qualifications:
  • Associate Degree.
  • Ability to interpret large data sets and summarize using Pivot tables and charts.
  • Good organizational skills, positive attitude, excellent follow-through, and an ability to learn quickly.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Conscientious and reliable in the completion of tasks.
  • Capable of working in a cleanroom environment, wearing personal protective safety equipment.
  • Works well in a team environment.
  • Motivated and a self-starter.
  • Type at least 50wpm.
  • Proficient at the 10-key.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Teams, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and OneDrive).
  • SAP, Appian, QuickBase, and Ariba.
  • Ability to effectively communicate in English (read, write, speak).

  • Upon offer of employment, the individual will be subject to a background check and a drug screen.

  • Ability to lift 50 lbs.
  • Able to stand/ walk and bend for long periods of time.
