Position Summary:

Direct Supply is building the future of healthcare technology with industry-leading products, solutions and platforms to help improve the lives of millions of seniors and those who care for them.

In the Data Analyst position, you'll support the Procurement Services consulting and analyst teams by performing both qualitative and quantitative analysis. You'll translate business and process data into actionable insights and reporting solutions that bring clarity to customer performance and industry procurement trends. Working closely with stakeholders and business sponsors, you'll explore complex business challenges and deliver data-driven solutions that create measurable impact.

What You'll Do and Impact:

  • Develop and optimize MS SQL stored procedures to automate complex manual analyses and generate actionable, customer-specific spend insights.

  • Design and interpret reporting solutions that inform strategic business initiatives by integrating and analyzing data from diverse internal and external sources.

  • Act as the go-to expert for analytical challenges related to the Procurement Services team, offering guidance and best practices for data interpretation.

  • Translate complex data and findings into clear, concise presentations and recommendations for leadership, delivering insights that drive decision-making.

  • Evaluate assumptions, risks, and dependencies to ensure strong project execution; assess stakeholder and business requirements to achieve timely, high-impact outcomes.

Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Mathematics, Information Technology, or a related field

  • 1-3 years of experience in a data analysis, process analysis, or engineering role

Additional Items of Interest:

  • External certification in related field or advanced degree preferred

  • Knowledge of Python, R, or other statistical programming languages
