Apex is currently seeking to add an A/E/C Recruiter to our dynamic team. Successful candidate will have experience recruiting in the A/E/C space. This is a remote position that requires experience recruiting in the infrastructure space (Civil Engineers, Transportation Engineers, Water/Wastewater Engineers, etc.)
As a Talent Acquisition Recruiter, you'll help Apex create an inclusive and highly performing environment by seeking top talent and onboarding new employees who align with our values. In this role, you'll work closely with hiring managers nationally and company leadership to develop strategic recruitment plans, drive the full-cycle recruitment process, bring top talent into the organization and support the onboarding experience for new hires.
