To strengthen our team in Ann Arbor,
we are looking for you as a(n) Payroll Administrator.

A Corporate Payroll Administrator has the responsibility of processing accurate and timely payrolls for WBU, WCC and WPNA within the US on a weekly, bi-weekly and non-regular basis. This position requires a detail-oriented individual with strong time management and communication skills. The individual will coordinate time and attendance policies and assist with administration of benefit plans for accurate pay.

Essential Functions for this Position



  • Process Weekly and Bi-Weekly Payrolls for multi-state companies
  • Process Weekly Reporting and Check Requests
  • Process Timekeeping
  • Perform Weekly, Quarterly and Yearly Payroll Audits
  • Process Organization Manager Changes



Position Qualifications



  • Minimum of an Associates Degree required; CPP certification a plus
  • 5+ years of experience preferred
  • Strong Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word experience
  • ADP knowledge preferred
