$40k - $43k /annually - based on experience

Office-based position

Local Travel required

On-call Rotation

Business Hours: Monday - Friday; 8:00am - 5:00pm


What You Need to Know

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide hands-on leadership for a segment of the branch team, inspiring excellence, and accountability.
  • Drive business growth by building strong relationships with referral partners and the community.
  • Oversee day-to-day team operations, from scheduling and staffing to ensuring compliance and safety.
  • Support, mentor, and develop your team; helping them grow while delivering outstanding client care.
  • Ensure clients and caregivers feel supported through effective on-call oversight and cross-team collaboration.
  • Champion business initiatives that align with company goals and positively impact the families we serve.

Qualifications

Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or GED required
  • 60 hours or more of college coursework
  • 2+ years of supervisory experience in a healthcare facility, agency, or community-based setting.
    • (We're flexible: 1 year of leadership experience + 30 hours of college credit can substitute.)
  • 1+ year of business development or relationship-building experience.
  • Home care or staffing experience preferred, but not required.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
