Hours & Pay

Pay: $18.00 per hour

Schedule: Monday-Thursday, 6:00 AM - 4:30 PM (weekends as needed)

Assignment Length: 4-6 weeks

What You'll Do

As an Industrial Fabricator, you'll be responsible for producing quality parts while keeping safety and precision at the forefront. Daily tasks include:

• Performing metal forming, assembly, and inspection work per specifications
• Setting up, repairing, and maintaining fabrication/testing equipment
• Loading/unloading machines and changing dies, fixtures, and gauges
• Reading blueprints and ensuring proper computer program adjustments
• Conducting first-piece and in-process checks with calipers and gauges
• Identifying and correcting operating difficulties quickly and efficiently
• Maintaining a clean and safe work environment while following company standards
• Completing additional duties as assigned by supervisors

What We're Looking For

• High School Diploma or GED required
• At least 1 year of fabrication or related experience
• Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
• Ability to read blueprints and interpret precise measurements
• Skilled with calipers and tape measures (accurate to 1/32")
• Physically able to stand/walk 8-10 hours and lift 25-50 lbs. as needed
• Willingness to work overtime and Saturdays when required
