Hours & Pay

Pay: $17.00 per hour

Shifts Available:

• 2nd shift: Monday-Friday, 3:00 p.m. - 11:00 p.m.
• 3rd shift: Monday-Friday, 11:00 p.m. - 7:00 a.m.

What You'll Do

As an Orthopedic Polisher, you'll play a vital role in ensuring implants and devices meet the highest quality standards. Your daily tasks will include:

• Polishing orthopedic implants and devices using specialized tools and equipment
• Inspecting surfaces for imperfections and applying corrective polishing techniques
• Collaborating with the manufacturing team to meet precise specifications
• Following strict safety and quality protocols in a clean, organized workspace
• Performing routine maintenance on polishing equipment to ensure efficiency

What We're Looking For

• Previous polishing, finishing, or manufacturing experience preferred (medical device experience a plus)
• Proficiency with polishing tools, abrasives, and compounds
• Strong manual dexterity, attention to detail, and ability to meet quality standards
• Willingness to train the right candidate with the right aptitude and work ethic
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform tasks requiring standing, walking, crouching, and using hands/fingers for extended periods
