Industrial Painter

Pay & Shift:

• $22-$30/hr
• 2nd Shift | 3:30 PM - 1:00 AM

What You'll Do:

• Apply paint, varnish, and coatings to metal using automatic sprayers and touch-up spray guns
• Set up, operate, and clean automatic paint/spray booths between color changes
• Mix paints and solvents per manufacturer specifications using both manual and automated systems
• Move parts through painting, flashing, and drying sections of the system
• Inspect finished work, correct issues, and maintain quality standards
• Clean, flush, and maintain paint delivery systems and filtering equipment
• Keep the paint area organized, clean, and safe
• Assist with other paint line operations as needed

What We're Looking For:

• Experience with electrostatic and traditional paint guns preferred
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform repetitive, physically demanding tasks
• Comfortable wearing respirators and protective clothing (must pass pulmonary function and respirator fit tests)
• Strong attention to detail and pride in producing high-quality work
• Self-starter with the ability to follow written and verbal instructions
