Genesis10 is currently seeking an Application Programmer with our client in the financial industry located in Charlotte, NC and Pennington, NJ. This is a 12 + month contract position. Responsibilities: Works under minimal guidance Take ownership and be proactive in effective communication on issue resolutions Requirements: 10+ years' experience in information technology 3+ years' of financial services 2+ years' of technical architecture Motivated and driven technologist with a proven track record with a commitment to quality, efficiency, and excellence Application development knowledge and experience Interpreting business needs and applying innovative technology solutions Strong analytical and negotiation skills Experience with SDLC / SW development processes (RUP, Agile, and Waterfall) Experience in application implementation and maintenance Experience working with technical design process and models Ability to prioritize work and meet deadlines Able to lead small team and gather the status from team Work efficiently in Onshore-Offshore model Core Java, Spring MVC, Spring Boot, Spring Cloud, Kafka, MQ, NDM, Microservices, Openshift, Docker, CI /CD using Jenkins & Agile methodologies Desired skills: Java web technologies Activiti BPM and Mulesoft Financial services experience in Corporate / Treasury / Cash Management Pay range: $55.06 - $63.06 Only candidates available and ready to work directly as Genesis10 employees will be considered for this position.
