Summary of the Job:

The Administrative Professional role is responsible for providing administrative support for the Credit Leadership team. This support is primarily focused on performing diverse and confidential support duties and secondarily performing administrative support duties. This role requires knowledge of policies, processes, and business practices as it relates to Credit and First National Bank of Omaha. This role must demonstrate tact, diplomacy, discretion, independent judgment, and initiative on assignments. The role includes handling routine matters for the Credit Leadership team and support for the floors they occupy.

About This Role:

  • Manage day-to-day administrative and coordinated tasks for Credit leadership
  • Coordinate meetings for the Credit leadership team to include scheduling meetings, preparation of meeting materials, logistics, travel arrangements, and other support as needed
  • Preparation and completion of Loan Committee and Board packets
  • Creation of visual presentations, as needed
  • Assists with additional projects and tasks as needed within the Credit group
  • Facilitate annual records clean-up for Credit
  • Coordinate and process security and access requests for team members
  • Coordination of events for the Credit department
  • Develop and maintain positive employee and customer/client relationships
  • Exercise a willingness to be a resource to colleagues
  • Manage floor responsibilities regarding supply ordering, staff requests for equipment, etc.

The Ideal Candidate for This Role:

  • Key Skills:
  • Excellent judgment and discretion coupled with the ability to maintain confidentiality
  • Detail oriented with the ability to prioritize workload, provide accurate and quality work, meet deadlines, manage multiple responsibilities, follow-through, and perform well under pressure
  • Effectively communicate directives or assignments to appropriate team members
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to deliver information effectively to all levels of management
  • Strong sense of ownership
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Teams

Required:

  • Previous experience supporting a leadership team
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills, including the ability to work effectively with others at all levels across the organization
  • Must offer a flexible work style to meet a variety of needs in supporting various levels and people within the organization
Onsite at the Tower 5 days week
Candidates must possess unrestricted work authorization and not require future sponsorship.

Compensation:

Compensation range (base pay): $44,341.00-$70,946.00

This role may have a specific starting pay within this range.

Final compensation offer to candidate may vary from posted hiring range based upon work experience, education, and/or skill level.
