As a Senior Project Manager at JLL, you will hold a critical position within our Project Development
Services Healthcare Construction Team where you will be directly responsible for leading and delivering challenging projects. You will utilize your expertise and skills to oversee projects and ensure
the successful delivery of Healthcare Construction projects.
Your strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and prociency in project management will be
instrumental in driving project success.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES

  • Managing and overseeing all aspects of projects, including planning, budgeting,scheduling, and execution.
  • Ecient at reading construction plans, nding potential areas of concern or hiddencosts prior to GC contract execution in some cases.
  • Integrate with the Account Center of Excellence for optimal process adherence.
  • Prepare weekly detailed review of project status, identifying and communicating risksearly, while providing solutions to meet client driven schedule and budget.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure project success.
  • Ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and meet quality standards.
  • Proactively address project-related challenges and provide solutions.

RELATIONSHIP MANAGEMENT | CLIENT SERVICE

  • Maintain strong working relationships with key Workplace clients.
  • Drive the "Trusted Advisory" culture throughout all levels of the team. Provide specicexamples quarterly.
  • Support client initiatives and proactively identify opportunities for improving processes and deliverables.
  • Remain in full compliance with all applicable codes.
  • Maintain strong working relationships with Workplace Leadership.

KEY PERFORMANCE INDICATORS (KPI)

  • Remain engaged with the team, have a deep understanding of protocols, and be committed to both corporate and local hospital goals.
  • Be familiar with JLL contract requirements and manage the project team to deliver anexceeding score on all contract KPI's. The metrics will change annually or more frequently and as such the team needs to be familiarized with new processes and approaches to deliver the required results.
  • Drive the achievement of the JLL initiatives and strategies designed to bring longterms benet to the company and the account.
  • Hold yourself accountable to achieving the designated goals.

BUDGET MANAGEMENT

  • Proactively manage and ensure project meets or comes under target budget.
  • Ensure all project funding processes and procedures are followed including approvalfrom client for all costs exceeding the approved budget prior to committing to the additional cost.
  • Tracks and forecast all project budgets against the original approved budget amountand provide timely notication of the need for additional funds.
  • Prepare for detailed project budget reviews for each assigned projects with leadershipfor accuracy.

STRATEGY DEVELOPMENT | EXECUTION

  • Oversee the procurement and management all project related resources (A&E, GC's,direct vendors).
  • Hold regular individual project meetings with established agendas and produce anddistribute minutes, outlining specic deliverables, responsible parties, and requireddates.
  • Monitor Bid Tabulations, Purchase Orders, and Change Order proposals.
  • Ensure quality control standards for construction are met. (i.e., cost, timing, site building design standards, and specications).
  • Work with Team Lead during construction agreement terms and conditions (e.g., bidprocess).
  • Monitor projects to conrm compliance to specications.

SCHEDULE MANAGEMENT

  • Provide required pressure on the A/E team to deliver at, or improve on, standard design milestones durations.
  • Before a date change is made during any phase of a project, thoroughly review thesource of the change and with Team Lead and verify that all options to overcomesuch challenges have been made.
  • Ensure that the GC produces a schedule at the onset of projects. Verify and monitorthat schedule throughout and demand they be updated as changes occur.
  • Enforce that a thorough review of the latest project schedule be reviewed at eachproject progress meeting all trades are held accountable for adhering to thatschedule.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

  • Bachelor's degree in a related eld (Engineering, Architecture, ConstructionManagement, etc.)
  • Minimum of 7 years of experience in project management, preferably in the healthcareconstruction industry.
  • Firm knowledge of construction, architecture, or healthcare construction industry.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing complex projects from inception tocompletion.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaboratewith cross-functional teams.
  • Excellent organizational and time management abilities to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong critical thinking skills and the ability to make sound decisions in a fast-pacedenvironment.
  • Strong preference to possess a LEED, AIA, PE, PMP
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills via 1:1 and group interactions/routines, PowerPoint presentations and email.
  • Prociency with Microsoft Oce Products

Estimated compensation for this position:

130.00 - 140.00 USD per year

This range is an estimate and actual compensation may differ. Final compensation packages are determined by various considerations including but not limited to candidate qualifications, location, market conditions, and internal considerations.
