Summary:

The Treasury Specialist provides technical and functional support for assigned activities within the Treasury Division. The incumbent will support and deliver on Treasury activities such as but not limited to the accurate and timely execution of company wire transfers and ACH transactions, incoming and outgoing check inquiries, distribution of on-line checks for multiple entities, resolution of bank statement and general ledger discrepancies, balancing, and depositing of checks received in the home office. Assists in the collection of financial data needed for the creation of valuable and insightful liquidity and leverage reporting. Works cross functionally to understand money movement and improve operations.

Principal Duties:

  • Provide daily operational support for wire transfers, ACH transactions, bank statement reconciliation, research of incoming and outgoing checks, receipt activities, disbursement activities.
  • Coordinate the multi respondent and department bank report card process.
  • Acts as analyst procedure review and governance point person.
  • CETs & MAR audit SME.
  • Helps to implement operations process and system improvements.
  • Demonstrates a deep understanding of bank fees used to support company activity. Provides insights to bank fees and collaborates with the cash manager on setting bank balances and facilitate data needs for Treasurer to maintain bank fee expenses.
  • Understand and documents how data flows between systems and be able to bring it together in a comprehensive view.
  • Responsible for gathering, cleaning, and analyzing data using standard tools like Excel and data visualization software, to generate insights that support informed decision-making within the organization.
  • Assists in the preparation of various Treasury dashboards.
  • Acts as a back up to the Treasury Operations Manager and core treasury roles including but not limited to the cash desk and call backs.

Qualifications:

  • Requires a bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, economics, or business administration.
  • 1-2 years of experience in corporate treasury, banking, or investment operations.
  • Knowledge of banking and cash management principals, payment channels, treasury tools and banking regulations.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office.
  • Strong analytical skills, and detailed oriented.
  • Team player motivated to provide great customer service to internal and external customers.
  • Strong time management, decision making, interpersonal, research, and communication skills.
  • Self-initiative on issue handling, trouble shooting, and problem solving to resolve time sensitive matter.
  • Demonstrated flexibility to adjust to changing business needs by effectively managing and prioritizing concurrent assignments.
  • Ability to deliver informative, well-organized documentation.

Pay Range - Start:

$45,220.00

Pay Range - End:

$83,980.00

Geographic Specific Pay Structure:

160 - Structure 110 (Exempt): 49,770.00 USD - 92,430.00 USD 160 - Structure 115 (Exempt): 52,010.00 USD - 96,590.00 USD
