Description Position at Goodwin Tucker Service Support Specialist - Goodwin Tucker Group Des Moines, IA \| Mon-Fri, 7:30am-4:00pm \| $20-$22/hr. (based on experience) We're looking for a Service Support Specialist to be the first point of contact for our customers and the link that keeps our service team moving. This role blends customer service, dispatching, and office support in a fast-paced, team-focused environment. What You'll Do: Answer calls, assist customers, and schedule service technicians Dispatch technicians efficiently to meet customer needs Enter service orders, update records, and process invoices Communicate clearly by phone and email with customers and teammates Support with parts, shipping/receiving, and occasional counter service What We're Looking For: Strong telephone customer service and communication skills Experience with dispatching or scheduling Solid office/computer skills (Microsoft Office, email, data entry) Organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask 2+ years of relevant experience Must successfully complete a background check and drug screen Join Goodwin Tucker Group and be part of a team that values integrity, customer service, and teamwork.
