Memorial Rd. , OKC 73120 Hours: Monday - Friday Days Responsibilities The Supervisor is responsible for managing the daily operations of the Medical Assistant Float Pool, ensuring efficient workflows, high-quality patient care, and compliance with federal and state regulations. This role oversees staffing, scheduling, and resource allocation, while fostering professional development and cross-training opportunities for Medical Assistant staff. The Supervisor works closely with clinic leadership to support organizational goals and provide administrative assistance to Clinic Directors as needed. Key Responsibilities:
Qualifications Education: High school diploma or equivalent required. Associates or Bachelor's degree preferred. Experience: Three (3) to five (5) years of work experience in the medical front office setting; Two (2) plus years of supervisory experience preferred; Multi-phone system; Knowledge of medical setting; Computer experience - Scheduling experience preferred.
