Acara Solutions seeks highly qualified candidates to work onsite for our client in Tualatin, OR. Interested?

Here's what you'd do:

  • Oversee and manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely and successful completion aligned with company goals.
  • Utilize SharePoint, data analytics, and project management tools to streamline processes and enhance project outcomes.
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams, ensuring clear communication and effective collaboration among stakeholders.
  • Develop comprehensive project plans, outlining tasks, milestones, and deliverables.
  • Monitor project progress, ensuring that timelines and objectives are met.
  • Manage risks and issues that arise during the project lifecycle, implementing mitigation strategies as needed.
  • Analyze data to inform decision-making and improve project efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Prepare detailed project reports, documentation, and presentations for management and stakeholders.
  • Ensure alignment of project goals with overall business objectives and strategic initiatives.

Here's what you'll get:

Pay: $68.36 / hr

Hours: 40 hrs / Week

Length: Temporary (16 months)

Job Requirements

Required Skills:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business or Engineering or Operations Management.
  • Minimum 4 years of experience working in complex product development environments with technical teams, such as engineering and advanced research and development.

Preferred Skills:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in the semiconductor industry, manufacturing, or global supplier.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in project management or program management.
  • Project management certifications such as PMP, CAPM, Scrum Master, or PRINCE2.
  • Good organizational and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Good communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to tailor messages to different audiences and levels of the organization.
  • Good problem-solving and analytical skills to interpret and utilize data for decision-making.
  • Comfortable with and adaptable to ambiguity and complexity in a matrixed organization.
  • Able to work collaboratively across organizational boundaries and leadership levels.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Proficiency in JIRA, Power BI and SharePoint.
  • Good attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
