Customer Service Representative

Staffmark is Hiring a Customer Service Representative in Pell City, AL! Join a leading heavy equipment rental company and put your customer service and sales skills to work. We're looking for someone who is detail-oriented, reliable, and ready to provide top-notch service. If you have equipment knowledge (especially from the rental industry), that's a big plus! This role is primarily office-based with occasional interaction in the yard/shop.

Pay & Schedule

• $40K - $60K
• 1st Shift | Monday - Friday | 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

What You'll Do

• Assist customers with rentals and recommend equipment solutions
• Prepare quotes, contracts, and rental agreements
• Answer phones, process payments, and complete administrative tasks
• Support inside sales by promoting services and upselling when appropriate
• Coordinate with operations on deliveries and pickups
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships

What We're Looking For

• Customer service or inside sales experience (rental industry a plus)
• Knowledge of heavy/construction equipment strongly preferred
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Computer proficiency (Microsoft Office, data entry)
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
