Staffmark is hiring on behalf of our client for a direct hire Customer Service Representative in Winchester, KY. If you enjoy helping people find solutions and thrive in a detail-oriented environment, this may be the right fit for you.

What You'll Do

In this role, you'll support customers with account resolution, ensuring clear communication and accurate documentation. Using established scripts and procedures, you'll provide options, verify details, and forward more complex issues when needed.

Compensation & Benefits

Earn up to $20.04/hour



  • Monthly bonus potential
  • Benefits package including health, dental, vision, 401(k) match, PTO, paid holidays, and paid training



Schedule




  • Monday-Friday, 9 AM-6 PM
  • On-site only; applicants must be within commuting distance of Winchester, KY



Responsibilities




  • Manage inbound/outbound calls with empathy and professionalism
  • Review and update account records accurately
  • Negotiate solutions or escalate cases to management
  • Conduct skip-tracing to verify contact information
  • Handle documentation for special circumstances (bankruptcy, disability, garnishment)



What You Bring



  • High school diploma or GED
  • At least 1 year of collections or customer service experience
  • Strong typing, reading, and communication skills
  • Ability to follow procedures and maintain accuracy
