Staffmark Drivers is Hiring a Non-CDL Yard Driver in Laurel Hill, NC!

Looking for a local driving role where you're home every day? Staffmark Drivers is seeking an experienced Non-CDL Yard Driver for a temp-to-hire opportunity with full-time hours, overtime potential, and the chance to be hired permanently.

Pay: $22.50/hr

Schedule: Monday-Friday | 1st Shift 6:30 AM - 2:30 PM | 2nd Shift 2:30 PM - 10:30 PM | Must be available Saturdays during peak season

What You'll Do:



  • Safely move and spot 53' trailers around the yard
  • Perform pre-, during, and post-shift vehicle inspections
  • Report any equipment or maintenance issues promptly
  • Follow all safety and company policies
  • Work with a non-CDL yard switcher; forklift experience is a plus but not required



What You Bring:



  • Minimum 1 year of verifiable yard driver/switcher experience within the last 3 years
  • Valid DOT Medical Card
  • Acceptable MVR, clear FMCSA Clearinghouse report, and ability to pass pre-employment screenings
  • No more than 3 moving violations and/or accidents within 3 years
  • Must complete Ryder approval process prior to starting
