Staffmark is partnering with our client to hire a direct hire Customer Service Representative in Winchester, KY. This opportunity is best suited for candidates who enjoy building connections, solving problems, and guiding customers through solutions with care and professionalism.


Pay & Benefits

Schedule




  • Monday-Friday | 9 AM-6 PM | Steady daytime hours
  • On-site role; candidates must live within commuting distance of Winchester, KY




Your Role


As a Customer Service Representative, you will support customers by resolving account questions, updating information, and explaining available options. You'll serve as the first point of contact and provide respectful, solutions-oriented communication.


Responsibilities




  • Manage inbound/outbound calls with customers
  • Provide clear guidance using scripts and procedures
  • Verify account details and document interactions accurately
  • Assist with payment arrangements or escalate cases when needed
  • Support account reviews for special cases (bankruptcy, disability, garnishment)




Qualifications




  • High school diploma or GED1+ year of customer service or collections experience
  • Strong verbal, written, and typing skills
  • Detail-oriented and able to follow procedures closely
