1st Shift: Monday - Friday | 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Pay: $17/hr.

Essential Functions

As an Administrative Assistant, you will play a crucial role by reviewing and finalizing fuel transactions, processing a large volume of weekly invoices, handling purchase order requests, validating service transactions against agreements and internal documentation, and communicating with external and internal customers.

Requirements

Prior corporate administrative experience and intermediate Excel skills are required to be considered for this position. Attention to detail and strong multitasking, communication, typing, organization, and analytical skills are crucial.
