We are looking for a forward-thinking, results-driven Manager - AI and Automation to lead global initiatives that combine human-centered design with cutting-edge AI and automation. As Manager of AI and Automation, you will be a key driver of our digital HR transformation agenda. You will lead the design, implementation, and optimization of AI-driven and automation solutions-spanning generative AI, agentic AI, machine learning, and intelligent automation. Working in a vendor-driven delivery model, you will collaborate with HR leaders, COEs, sector DHR teams, IT, and external partners to ensure scalable, compliant, and high-impact solutions. Pay is determined based on a variety of factors including, but not limited to, depth of experience in the practice area. Employees are eligible to participate in Hitachi America's variable pay program, subject to the program's conditions and restrictions.
