Description Location: Primarily remote, onsite 1-3x/month for internal enablement training and events taking place. Preferred location is Indianapolis (111 Monument Cir, Indianapolis, IN 46204) Must have skills: 1-2 years of previous Salesforce experience and familiarity of operating rhythms, or 2-3 years elsewhere in an operations role 1-2 years of experience as business analyst, data analyst or project manager Communication and Presentation Skills This role will be a part of an 11 person Operations and Comms team and this person is responsible for analytics and reporting for multiple teams and stakeholders. The Operations and Communications team powers the Product Enablement organization with seamless logistics, strategic communications, and data-driven insights - fostering alignment and driving efficiency. Job Specification This role is critical for supporting the operational excellence of Product Enablement programs. The focus of this role is on developing and implementing strategy that helps to demonstrate the measurable impact of enablement programs. Core Responsibilities Program measurement & reporting: Work with program owners to design and implement solutions to track and measure impact of product enablement programs. Work with analytics specialists to interpret and share results. Business Reviews: Manage monthly and quarterly business review preparation. Survey design and analysis: Manage quarterly survey design, implementation and analysis to track product confidence as a key measure of enablement impact Process management: Work with functional leaders to design and implement operating processes that are data driven, supporting decision making and strategy. Required Experience & Skills 1-2 years previous Salesforce experience and familiarity with operating rhythms, or 2-3 years elsewhere in an operations role. 1-2 years experience in enablement, sales or marketing operations roles, business analyst, data analyst, project management or consulting roles. Strong understanding of Salesforce data and metadata architecture (querying/extraction for analysts). Strong communication and presentation skills at both business and technical levels. Experience managing multiple priorities and setting expectations. Experience working cross functionally with business, technical and operations teams Proven analytical and problem-solving capabilities using data analytics and statistical analysis. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $28.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
