Acts as subject matter expert in Warehouse Management and Inventory modules, driving process improvements, troubleshooting issues, and supporting system enhancements. Provides training, testing, and end-user support while collaborating with cross-functional teams on upgrades and integrations. Monitors system performance and reporting to maintain smooth operations. Requires strong knowledge of distribution workflows, hands-on D365 experience, and the ability to translate operational needs into system solutions through analysis, communication, and problem-solving.
