**Must be able to go W2** **100% Remote** *Description* The Digital Asset Manager Librarian is responsible for the governance, organization, and optimization of the enterprise Digital Asset Management (DAM) system. This role ensures that digital assets-such as images, videos, documents, and multimedia files-are properly tagged, categorized, and maintained for efficient access, reuse, and compliance. The DAM Librarian plays a critical role in supporting marketing, creative, legal, and IT teams by enabling scalable, brand-consistent, and legally compliant asset usage across the organization. Digital Asset Management: - Implement and maintain DAM systems (e.g., Adobe Experience Manager Assets). - Organize and manage digital assets to support enterprise workflows. - Ensure assets are easily searchable, properly tagged, and stored securely. Metadata & Taxonomy: - Develop and apply metadata schemas and controlled vocabularies. - Maintain consistency and accuracy in asset tagging. - Enable AI tagging systems with human-in-the-loop support. Content Integrity & Governance: - Monitor asset library for outdated or incorrect materials. - Conduct regular audits to archive or retire obsolete assets. - Enforce usage rights, licensing agreements, and copyright compliance. User Support & Training: - Train staff on DAM system usage and governance policies. - Provide troubleshooting and support for asset-related issues. - Promote best practices across decentralized teams. *Additional Skills & Qualifications* - Bachelor's degree in Library Science, Information Management, Communications, or related field. - 3+ years of experience managing digital asset libraries or DAM systems. - Expertise in metadata models, taxonomy structures, and digital rights management. - Experience with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) preferred. - Strong organizational, communication, and training skills. - Strategic mindset with a service-oriented approach. *Pay and Benefits* The pay range for this position is $30.00 - $37.93/hr.
