The Healthcare/Public Sector Industry Solution Architect is a key member of the Time 2 Value (T2V) team and will be responsible for researching, documenting, and maintaining a best practice Human Resources/Talent Management/Payroll model. This model, with prescriptive design components and sample data, is in a Golden Tenant that is used for product demonstrations and is the foundation for Infor's delivered solutions. This individual will collaborate with internal teams from Solution Consulting, Strategy, Global Professional Services, Product Management, and Industry Innovations to maintain the industry tenant with market-leading capabilities, content, and feedback from various users. They will collaborate with our offshore T2V team to automate and support transaction refreshes. Value-based Industry design focuses on Healthcare/Public Sector prescriptive practices, standardized processes, Human Resource/Talent Management (HRT)/Payroll content and user experience. It lowers the cost and time to deliver value outcomes. This initiative transforms the client experience and brings significant value over traditional approaches to HRT/Payroll.

A Day in The Life Typically Includes:

  • HRT/Payroll application design and configuration of new capabilities as defined by Product Management/Development, Solution Consulting, Infor Services and Industry Innovations to support a prescriptive solution model for Healthcare and Public Sector.
  • Collaboration with Solution Consulting to create and stage data that aligns with demonstration of Infor's transformative capabilities.
  • Aligning capabilities with standardized Industry based business processes.
  • Creating and maintaining documentation of the Golden Tenant to be used for enablement of Solution Consultants and Professional Services.
  • Collaborating with the Manila automation and processing team on automation of transaction refreshes and ongoing processing to ensure the Golden Tenant/Model maintains current data to support both demos and delivery business process reviews.
  • Review, enter and update as required the Golden Tenant data ensuring data is timely and accurate prior to scheduled data refreshes. Data content refresh is scheduled four times each year.
  • Collaborating with Industry Innovation to ensure Infor Document Management (IDM) tools and processes are aligned with the delivery model build.
  • Collaborating with Global Demo Environment (GDE) on maintenance of new or modification of existing builds, reference architecture team, cloud operations, services and support as needed.
  • Supporting systems that integrate or interact with the Golden Tenant, such as Infor Workforce Management and other third-party applications.

Basic Qualifications:

  • Human Resources, Talent Management and/or Payroll Management definition and configuration experience for of Infor applications.
  • Experience performing processing tasks within HRT/Payroll as well as Infor Spreadsheet Designer.
  • Experience with HRT/Payroll business processes and how these processes are best performed with Human Resources, Talent Management, Payroll and other Infor products.
  • Experience with Reporting, data lake and Birst Analytics.
  • Experience in business evaluations, gathering and analyzing corporate and market information.
  • Experience translating technical concepts into business terms.
  • Experience with hands on operations in HRT/Payroll and firsthand knowledge of associated data models.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • US based Healthcare and/or Public Sector Industry experience
  • Bachelor of Administration/Bachelor of Science or MBA
  • Management Consulting or equivalent experience
