Center for Humanities and Digital Research: UCF's Center for Humanities and Digital Research (CHDR) is a collaborative research hub in the College of Arts and Humanities (CAH) connecting faculty researchers and graduate research associates with community partners and grant-making institutions through project planning, technical expertise, grant writing, and ultimately dissemination in conjunction with the scholarly and literary journals also housed in the college. The intellectual and technical resources of CAH come to bear in CHDR, where groundbreaking interdisciplinary digital research is fostered and shared through the academy and the surrounding communities of Central Florida and beyond. The Opportunity: The Associate Director of the Center for Humanities and Digital Research (CHDR) in the College of Arts and Humanities, University of Central Florida will support the Center's mission to advance interdisciplinary scholarship at the intersection of humanities and technology. This leadership role will involve collaborating with faculty and students on digital research projects, managing technical infrastructure, facilitating workshops and consultations, and contributing to grant writing and strategic planning. The Associate Director will play a key role in expanding CHDR's visibility and impact across campus and beyond, fostering innovation in digital humanities and supporting the Center's academic and public programming initiatives. Responsibilities:
Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor's or Master's degree and 6+ years of relevant experience with at least 2+ years of leadership experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience pursuant to Fla. Stat. 112.219(6). Preferred Qualifications:
