As a Security Professional - Commercial Building - Overnight Shift in Los Angeles, CA, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Commercial Real Estate and more .

As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal, you will play a crucial role in maintaining a secure environment within a commercial real estate location. Your primary responsibilities include conducting routine patrols throughout the premises, remaining visible to help deter security-related incidents, and responding promptly to any situations that arise. You will be a key point of contact for tenants, visitors, and staff, providing exceptional customer service and clear communication. Pay Rate: $19.20 / Hour

Job Schedule:

What You'll Do:

Use our proprietary scheduling platform to claim open shifts at client sites
• Support operations across a range of environments including commercial real estate, healthcare, and education
• Receive site-specific training and guidance from experienced teams
• Deliver consistent, professional security presence and customer service
• Be ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs arise

Responsibilities:

• Provide customer service to clients and visitors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.
• Conduct regular and random patrols around the commercial real estate property and its perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and/or potential security-related issues.
• Observe and report any suspicious activity or security-related concerns within the location.
• Maintain detailed and accurate records of incidents, observations, and daily activities as required by site procedures.
• Communicate professionally with property management, tenants, and visitors to address security-related inquiries and/or concerns.
• Support Allied Universal in maintaining a secure environment by following established protocols and responding promptly to situations as they arise.

Minimum Requirements:

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.

• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.

• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
